Madring circuit passes first test ahead of Spanish Grand Prix debut

Formula 3 drivers completed the first full on-track test of Madrid's new Madring circuit on August 25, 2026, providing a crucial dress rehearsal for the venue's Formula 1 debut next month. The two-day session, held from August 24-25, saw frequent stoppages but also drew praise for the track's challenging character, with officials using the event to validate operational procedures ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix.
