KJ Biermann Jr. indicted on 7 felony counts

A Georgia grand jury has indicted Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of reality television personality Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, on seven felony counts stemming from an alleged sexual assault. The indictment, handed down on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in Fulton County, includes charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment, and three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16. The charges relate to an alleged incident that occurred on April 23, 2026, at a Life Time Fitness gym in Alpharetta, Georgia. According to investigators, Biermann Jr. is accused of unlawfully restraining a 15-year-old girl and subjecting her to forced sexual acts within a family changing area. Police began investigating the incident after it was reported on April 24, 2026, and arrested Biermann Jr. on August 17, 2026. Biermann Jr. is being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending further court proceedings.
