Kelce Watches Guardians Clinch ALDS Against White Sox

Travis Kelce attended the Cleveland Guardians’ American League Division Series Game 5 victory over the Chicago White Sox at Progressive Field on October 10, as Cleveland completed a comeback to win the series. Taylor Swift was not seen with him at the game, according to reports describing footage of Kelce in the stands. The Guardians won 2-0, advancing after losing the first two games of the best-of-five series. Kelce, a Kansas City Chiefs tight end and minority owner of the Guardians, watched the decisive game during the Chiefs’ bye week. He was seen in a suite wearing Cleveland gear, and one report said he later appeared at field level. The win secured Cleveland’s place in the American League Championship Series. The Guardians were scheduled to begin that series against the Tampa Bay Rays on October 12 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Kelce joined the Guardians’ ownership group as a minority investor in 2026. Reports said he acquired a small stake in the team, though the size of his share was not disclosed. The ownership interest adds a business connection to his support for the Cleveland team he grew up following.
