Kalshi Partners With Alpaca to Expand Event Contracts Globally

Prediction market platform Kalshi has announced a strategic partnership with brokerage and financial infrastructure firm Alpaca, a move designed to accelerate the international expansion of its event contracts. The collaboration, revealed on August 31, 2026, will allow Alpaca's global network of institutions and developers to access and trade Kalshi's contracts using existing brokerage infrastructure. The partnership leverages Alpaca's recently completed registration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a U.S.-licensed futures commission merchant. This regulatory milestone clears the path for Alpaca's users to trade derivatives, including Kalshi's event contracts.
