JSW MG Motor India Launches Hector Tomahawk EV and PHEV SUV

JSW MG Motor India on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, launched the Hector Tomahawk, a new seven-seater SUV available in both fully electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) variants. The launch marks the debut of the company's new Advanced Drive Architecture Platform Technology (ADAPT), which it describes as India's first multi-new-energy-vehicle platform. The electric version starts at an introductory price of Rs 19.49 lakh, while the PHEV begins at Rs 25.69 lakh. The Hector Tomahawk EV is powered by a 69.2 kWh battery pack and a permanent magnet synchronous motor that produces 150 kW (approximately 201 BHP) and 310 Nm of torque.
