A sandwich chain founded on the New Jersey shore has ended Chick-fil-A's long reign atop a major national customer satisfaction survey. Jersey Mike's Subs now ranks first in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's (ACSI) quick-service restaurant category, a position Chick-fil-A had held for over a decade.
