An Indianapolis man has been charged with stalking Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham and threatening a team security executive, according to court documents filed Wednesday. Kevin C. Singh, 49, faces felony charges of stalking and intimidation, along with a misdemeanor harassment charge.
