FintechOS raises $28M after reporting first-half profitability
FintechOS, a London-based financial software company founded in Romania, has raised $28 million in combined equity and debt financing from existing investors and Santander CIB, following what the company says was a profitable first half of 2026. Equity in the round came from Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners, and Molten Ventures, while Santander CIB provided a senior debt facility. One report described the round as £21 million rather than $28 million, without explaining whether the difference reflects currency conversion or scope. The company said it plans to use the capital to expand in the United States, win more European clients, and scale the delivery team behind its platform. The funding follows a first half of 2026 in which FintechOS stated it reached profitability while growing recurring revenue 40% year on year. The company reported that its US business grew 130% during the same period and that operational EBITDA more than doubled, climbing more than 102% year on year. FintechOS provided growth rates but not absolute revenue figures, and the financial results have not been independently verified.
