ESMA MiCA Register Reaches 375 Providers

The European Securities and Markets Authority’s latest Markets in Crypto-Assets register lists 375 authorized cryptoasset service providers, following nine additions and one removal. The October 16 update includes entities linked to BingX and YouHodler, as well as Openbank Deutschland and other financial firms. The total rose from 367 in the previous register snapshot. The nine new entries and one removal produced a net increase of eight. The register identifies providers recognized under the European Union’s MiCA framework, but a listing does not establish that a company has launched services for customers or that every product offered by its wider group is covered. BingX appears through MEGE zweite GmbH, its Austrian entity. Its recorded permissions cover custody and administration of cryptoassets, exchanges between cryptoassets and funds, exchanges between different cryptoassets, and transfers. The entry reflects an authorization announced by the company the previous week; it does not establish approval for every service offered under the BingX name.
