Elon Musk Ex Claims $40 Million NDA Offer

Ashley St. Clair, a former political influencer and mother of one of Elon Musk's children, has revealed she was offered $40 million to remain silent about her past relationship with the billionaire entrepreneur. St. Clair made the claims on Tuesday at the Venice Film Festival during a question-and-answer session promoting Alex Gibney's documentary about Musk. She stated that she refused the substantial sum, which reportedly included a monthly stipend, because she wanted to share her story and set an example for her children about the value of speaking truth over material comfort. St. Clair, who gave birth to Musk's child in 2024, described the offer as a significant internal debate about the worth of her voice. She noted that the offer was withdrawn after she declined to sign the nondisclosure agreement. Musk, who has publicly stated he is a proponent of free speech, has not directly addressed St. Clair's claims. He has, however, preemptively criticized Gibney's documentary, calling it a "hit piece" and labeling the filmmaker as "incredibly biased." The documentary, titled "Musk," spans four hours and was filmed over three years.
