A deep partial lunar eclipse is set to illuminate the night sky across the Americas, Europe, and Africa on the night of August 27 into the early morning of August 28, 2026. The celestial event, which follows the total solar eclipse of August 12, will see the Moon pass into Earth's shadow, creating a dramatic, coppery-red appearance often referred to as a Blood Moon.
