Christmas at the Kringles Horror-Comedy Trailer Unveiled

Published 19 September 2026

Briarcliff Entertainment has released the first teaser trailer for "Christmas at the Kringles," a horror-comedy film set to arrive in theaters on October 30, 2026. The movie, directed by Kevin Lewis of "Willy's Wonderland" fame, presents a suburban nightmare where a family's festive neighbors harbor sinister intentions. The film's plot centers on the Severson family, who move into a quiet neighborhood seeking a fresh start. Their next-door neighbors, the Kringles, celebrate Christmas year-round, a quirk that initially seems charming. However, the Seversons, Mark and Julie, grow increasingly concerned about their son's deepening attachment to the Kringles. According to the official synopsis, a heated confrontation leads Mark to confront his neighbors, only to discover their true goal is to hypnotize and indoctrinate his family. This revelation triggers a "life-or-death rescue mission," in which Mark teams up with a "rogue, badass Santa" to save his loved ones in a high-stakes fight. The ensemble cast features Ron Livingston and Rachel Bilson as the Severson parents. They are joined by Arden Myrin and Thomas Lennon, who portray the fanatical Kringles.
