Chris Anne Affleck, the mother of actors Ben and Casey Affleck, died on June 2 at the age of 83 from cardiopulmonary arrest while visiting her son's residence in Los Angeles. Her death certificate, filed last week, also listed pancreatic adenocarcinoma, a form of pancreatic cancer, as a contributing cause.
