Chiefs rookie Delane injures shoulder after first NFL interception

However, he is scheduled for an MRI to determine the full extent of the damage. The injury is particularly concerning because it involves the same scapula that limited Delane during the offseason, including organized team activities, minicamp, and the first half of training camp. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid provided a brief update after the game, stating the team will evaluate Delane over the next few days. "We're just gonna see where that goes from here," Reid said.
