Browns rally past Panthers 21-18 on late Watson touchdown

The Cleveland Browns rallied for a 21-18 victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in Cleveland, moving to 2-1 after Deshaun Watson threw a late touchdown pass to Harold Fannin Jr. and completed a two-point conversion.
