Brian Duckworth, a country musician and member of the family band Taylor Made, died on Monday, September 7, at his home in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He was 56 years old. His death was announced by his family, who did not disclose a cause. Duckworth performed alongside his brother, Greg Duckworth, and sister, Wendy Williams, in the trio Taylor Made. The group released the single "Things You Dont Grow Out Of" in 2012 and was named Independent Artist of the Year by Nashville's MusicRow Magazine in 2013. The siblings opened for major country acts including Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert. While pursuing music, Duckworth maintained a career as a dump truck operator, a role his family said he truly enjoyed because it allowed him to spend his days outdoors. "Whether working or relaxing, Brian was happiest surrounded by nature," the family's statement read. They added that music was a special part of his life and that he loved to sing, earning the affectionate nickname "Nashville." His niece, Brianna Duckworth Kazner, shared a tribute on Facebook, recalling how she grew up watching her father, aunt, and uncle perform at fairs and festivals.
