Brady to Call Patriots-Packers Game at Gillette Stadium

Published 3 November 2026

Tom Brady is scheduled to return to Gillette Stadium on November 8 as Fox Sports’ lead color commentator for the New England Patriots’ game against the Green Bay Packers, his first Patriots broadcast at the stadium. The game is part of a weekend that also includes former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski’s induction into the team’s Hall of Fame on November 7. Brady said the return would be emotional, citing the memories he associates with the stadium, including championship and rivalry games. In an interview, he said he hoped to use the broadcast to explain the Patriots organization to viewers rather than focus on himself. The November 8 assignment will be Brady’s first time calling a Patriots game since taking over as Fox’s lead color commentator. He is expected to work alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt. Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi are also scheduled to report from the sidelines. Brady spent 20 seasons with New England and won six Super Bowls with the team. He and Gronkowski played together for nine seasons, winning three Super Bowls in New England. Gronkowski’s induction places another prominent figure from that era at the center of the weekend’s events....
