Asha Bhosle's final song to release on September 8

The final recorded film song of legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle will be released on September 8, her birth anniversary. The track, titled "Ae Meri Zindagi, Tu Chupi Hai Kahan," is from the upcoming dramacomedy film Om Ka Hari and was recorded in late 2023, when Bhosle was over 90 years old. The release is being framed as a tribute to her extensive career and contribution to Indian music and cinema. Bhosle, often referred to as the Queen of Indipop, passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 92 due to multiple organ failure. She was cremated with full state honours in Mumbai, with numerous film stars in attendance.
