A major recall of more than 500,000 packages of macaroni and cheese sold at Aldi stores nationwide is underway due to an undeclared soy allergen. The product, Park St. Deli Macaroni Cheese, contains soy lecithin not listed on its ingredient label, posing a risk to consumers with soy allergies.
