Yamaha names Guevara as Miller's 2027 MotoGP replacement

Yamaha has announced that 2023 Moto3 world champion Izan Guevara will step up to its MotoGP team for the 2027 season, replacing veteran Jack Miller at the Pramac satellite squad. The move, confirmed on August 27, 2026, completes Yamaha's rider lineup for the premier class's new 850cc era. Guevara, a 22-year-old Spaniard currently competing in Moto2, will partner Toprak Razgatlioglu at Pramac Yamaha. The announcement follows the official confirmation that Miller, a four-time MotoGP race winner, will leave the series at the end of the current season. Miller stated his focus is now on securing a ride in World Superbikes for 2027.
