X Sues Bitcoin Account Network Over Alleged £207K Fraud

X has filed a lawsuit in the United Kingdom against two named individuals and unidentified account operators, alleging they orchestrated a coordinated network of Bitcoin-focused accounts to manipulate engagement and fraudulently obtain at least £207,384 from the platform's Creator Revenue Sharing program. The lawsuit, filed on September 17, 2026, in the High Court of Justice, names Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa as defendants, along with persons unknown alleged to have controlled additional accounts. According to the legal filing, six primary accounts were enrolled in the revenue-sharing program between August 2023 and February 2026. X alleges these accounts operated as a single network, posting identical or near-identical content within seconds or minutes of each other and systematically liking, reposting, and replying to one another's posts to create a false appearance of genuine engagement. The company claims this coordinated activity artificially inflated impression counts and corresponding creator payouts. The lawsuit identifies the six main accounts as Vivek4real_, Bitcoin_Teddy, saylordocs, TrendingBitcoin, Kalshibacktest, and PolyBackTest.
