Wonderful Raises $550M Series C at $5 Billion Valuation

Published 4 September 2026

Wonderful, an enterprise artificial intelligence startup, has raised $550 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at $5 billion. The announcement, made on September 2, 2026, marks a dramatic increase in valuation for the company, which was founded in early 2025 and only emerged from stealth mode later that year. The round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor. Returning backers included Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. The new funding comes just six months after Wonderful closed a $150 million Series B round in March 2026 at a $2 billion valuation. The company has now raised more than $800 million in total since its inception. Wonderful plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand its global footprint, and hire hundreds of engineers and forward-deployed experts. The company currently employs about 650 people and expects its workforce to grow to roughly 1,000. Wonderful, headquartered in Amsterdam but founded in Israel, provides an AI operating system designed to help large enterprises automate internal workflows and build custom AI applications.
