Woman enters Harris Malibu property, prompting law enforcement response

A woman illegally entered the Malibu property of former Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff on Friday night, prompting a law enforcement response and renewed scrutiny of Harris's security arrangements. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the Point Dume area of Malibu, according to statements from a Harris spokesperson and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Security personnel stopped the woman before she reached the home, and law enforcement was contacted. The woman complied with requests to leave the property and was not arrested, authorities said.
