Woman biker injured after car chase and ramming on Gurugram road

Published 14 September 2026

A woman biker was injured after a car allegedly chased and rammed her motorcycle on Gurugram's Golf Course Road on Sunday, September 13, 2026, in an incident captured on her bike's action camera and shared widely on social media. The rider, who identifies herself as Sia, was riding her Aprilia RS 457 with a group of fellow bikers when the collision occurred. According to Sia's account, a white sedan began following her shortly after the ride commenced. She alleged the car's occupants behaved aggressively, appeared to be drunk, and repeatedly gestured for her to stop after she asked them to maintain a safe distance. Sia said she continued riding to prevent the car from blocking her path, while a friend riding behind her attempted to shield her motorcycle. The vehicle allegedly continued to pursue her before the driver attempted to cut in front of her bike, resulting in a collision that threw her onto the road. The motorcycle skidded several metres along the road. The car then sped away from the scene. Following the crash, one of Sia's friends chased the car and confronted the driver at a traffic signal. Sia alleged the driver denied responsibility before driving away.
