Warrant issued for Jub Jub after missed court appearance

A warrant of arrest has been issued for television presenter and musician Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye after he failed to appear in the Germiston Magistrates Court on Monday, August 24, 2026. The warrant is provisional and will not be activated until September 7, when the matter is scheduled to return to court. Maarohanye, 46, is facing charges related to an alleged incident involving an ehailing driver in Edenvale on June 14, 2026.
