Villa bid rejected by Southampton for defender Harwood-Bellis

Aston Villa have had an opening transfer bid of around £18 million rejected by Southampton for defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis, as the Premier League club seeks a replacement for Ezri Konsa, who is poised to join Arsenal.
