Vance Heckled at Kansas Rally for Sen. Marshall

Vice President JD Vance was heckled Monday during a campaign event for Sen. Roger Marshall in Olathe, Kansas, with the protester removed from the venue after interrupting the speech. The incident occurred at Webco Manufacturing during a rally hosted by MAGA Inc., President Donald Trump's main super PAC, as part of Marshall's 2026 reelection campaign. Vance was speaking about manufacturing and credit card swipe fees when a man in a green shirt began shouting. "I see we have a guy who is protesting," Vance told the crowd, repeating the line as supporters chanted "USA! USA!" Security personnel in dark red shirts escorted the protester through the crowd and out of the building. Vance accused the protester of targeting Marshall, saying he "decided to come in and lie about my very dear friend, Doc Marshall." The vice president also referenced a similar disruption days earlier at the Republican midterm convention in Dallas, where a protester waved a Mexican flag during Vance's keynote address. "The last time I gave a speech and we had a guy who was interrupting, he had the common courtesy to bring a Mexican flag so we knew where he stood," Vance said.
