USC Dominates Fresno State 39-0 in Shutout

No. 14 USC delivered a comprehensive performance on Friday night, defeating Fresno State 39-0 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The victory, which marked the Trojans' first shutout since September 2024, was fueled by a dominant defensive effort and an efficient offensive display led by quarterback Jayden Maiava. Maiava was nearly flawless, completing 23 of 25 passes for 349 yards and three touchdowns. He played only one series after halftime, having already orchestrated a 30-0 halftime lead. His primary target was freshman receiver Trent Mosley, who caught two touchdown passes and finished with four receptions for 104 yards.
