Ukrainian Drone Strikes Cripple Half of Russia's Top Diesel Refineries

Ukrainian drone strikes have crippled half of Russia's six largest diesel-producing refineries, forcing major output cuts and export restrictions that have contributed to a global diesel supply crunch and record-high U.S. prices. The attacks have degraded approximately 40% of Russia's total refining capacity, according to market data and sources.
