The upcoming film "Udta Teer," starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, has been rescheduled for a theatrical release on October 9, 2026. The announcement accompanied the unveiling of the film's first official poster, which offers a glimpse into its unconventional premise. The movie was originally slated to premiere on September 11, 2026. The newly released poster features Khurrana in a hammock suspended between two pillars that demarcate the borders of India and Pakistan. The visual is accompanied by the tagline, "Deshbhakti yaad hai, par desh nahi," which translates to "He remembers his patriotism, but not the country he loves." This imagery and tagline suggest a satirical and humorous exploration of patriotism and national identity. Reports describe the film as a high-energy spy comedy or a comedy-drama that blends action with political satire.
