The property, situated on 3.5 acres along Lake Erie, is a substantial residence. It encompasses approximately 21,000 square feet of living space, featuring eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The mansion underwent extensive renovations prior to Kelce's purchase. The previous owner acquired the property for $1.95 million in 2023 and invested in a significant restoration before listing it for $6.99 million in 2024.
