TP-Link Unveils First Wi-Fi 8 Router Lineup

TP-Link has unveiled its first consumer Wi-Fi 8 router lineup at the IFA 2026 trade show in Berlin, announcing the Archer 8 Ultra and Deco 8 Ultra systems. The company stated that preorders for the Archer 8 Ultra will open in select regions on September 30, 2026, with the device expected to ship in the first quarter of 2027. The Deco 8 Ultra mesh system is slated for a second-quarter 2027 release. However, a launch in the United States remains uncertain due to regulatory hurdles.
