The Paradise opened in theatres on September 24 with the biggest first-day opening of actor Nani’s career, according to early box-office reports. The action drama, directed by Srikanth Odela, had paid preview screenings on September 23. Reports placed its worldwide opening-day gross between Rs 74.90 crore and Rs 76.90 crore, though the figures remain provisional and use differing estimates. The reported India opening-day net was Rs 34.65 crore, while India gross was put at Rs 54.90 crore. Some accounts include preview revenue in their domestic totals, and reported show counts varied from 9,720 to 9,732. The differing worldwide totals reflect estimates that also diverged on overseas earnings: one early estimate put that figure at about Rs 20 crore, while other reports cited approximately Rs 22 crore. Despite the variation in totals, the reports agreed that the opening exceeded Nani’s previous starts. The Paradise moved ahead of his 2025 film HIT The Third Case and his 2023 collaboration with Odela, Dasara.
