Supreme Court declines to reopen CBSE Class 12 re-evaluation portal

The Supreme Court of India on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, declined to order the Central Board of Secondary Education to reopen its portal for the reevaluation and verification of Class 12 answer sheets for students who raised concerns about the board's OnScreen Marking system. Mohana heard the plea, which sought to extend the application window for onscreen verification.
