Strive Buys 1,110 Bitcoin, Treasury Reaches 21,356 BTC

Strive, Inc. purchased 1,110 bitcoin last week for approximately $81.5 million, significantly accelerating its acquisition pace and bringing its total treasury holdings to 21,356 coins. The Dallas-based asset manager disclosed the purchases in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, August 24, 2026. The company's stock, trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker ASST, surged more than 11% following the announcement. According to the filing, the purchases were made between August 17 and August 21 at an average price of about $73,409 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses. This latest buy represents a sharp increase in Strive's buying activity.
