Street Fighter 6 Adds Indian Brawler Arjun October 13

Published 8 September 2026

Street Fighter 6 is set to welcome a new fighter, Arjun, to its roster on October 13, 2026, as part of the game's Year 4 content. Arjun, an Indian-born ex-police officer, joins the popular fighting game with a unique fighting style and a compelling backstory. Arjun's narrative centers on his life on the run after being framed for his partner's murder in India. He dedicates himself to uncovering the truth, channeling his pursuit of justice into his combat. His fighting style is characterized by Yoga Breathing techniques, which sacrifice raw speed for devastating strikes, powerful projectiles, and strategic traps. A key feature of his gameplay is the ability to deal recoverable damage even when his attacks are blocked, offering a distinct advantage. A gameplay trailer released for Arjun showcases his abilities, including moves like Arm of Justice, a winding punch with follow-ups; Divine Pillar, which raises earth for tactical setups; Ghastly Interrogation, a command throw dealing recoverable damage; and Indomitable Defense, a counter system. His Level 3 Super Art is named Yakshas Order, described as a cinematic attack that disrupts opponents.
