Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, has resumed accumulating the cryptocurrency after a two-month pause, purchasing 4,603 Bitcoin for approximately $369.7 million. The acquisition, disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 31, 2026, marks the company's first Bitcoin purchase since mid-June and signals a return to its core treasury strategy following a period of selling. The purchase was made between August 24 and August 30 at an average price of $80,318 per Bitcoin. This brings Strategy's total holdings to 845,050 Bitcoin, acquired for a cumulative cost of $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per coin.
