Sony Bravia 6 OLED TV Launches With 4 HDMI 2.1 Ports

Sony has announced the Bravia 6, a new midrange OLED television designed to compete directly with models from LG and Samsung. The company revealed the TV on August 27, 2026, with preorders beginning immediately and a release date set for August 31. The Bravia 6 is positioned below Sony's higher-end Bravia 8 II OLED and its Bravia 7 II and 9 II RGB LED TVs in the 2026 lineup. The television is available in five screen sizes: 48, 55, 65, 77, and 83 inches. Pricing starts at $1,300 for the 48-inch model and ranges up to $4,000 for the 83-inch version.
