Solana Tokenized Equity Holders Hit Record 850,000
Solana's tokenized equities ecosystem reached an all-time high of 850,000 unique onchain holders, the network announced on Sunday, as its share of global tokenized equity trading volume recovered to roughly 35% and spot SOL exchange-traded funds extended a 12-week inflow streak. SOL traded around $111.74 on Monday after gaining nearly 12% the previous week, according to market data. The advance coincided with growth in the network's tokenized equity activity and continued institutional demand through investment products. Solana's share of tokenized equity trading volume has rebounded from a low of around 30% in late August, when Robinhood Chain, a Layer 2 Ethereum solution that launched on July 1, 2026, eroded its dominance. During the second quarter of 2026, Solana processed between 95% and 97% of global tokenized equity decentralized exchange volume, accumulating $5.8 billion in volume that quarter. By comparison, Robinhood Chain has averaged about $29.7 million in daily tokenized stock trading volume. BNB Chain has also entered the market with bStocks, adding further competition.
