The Nigerian Senate Committee on Public Accounts has ordered the arrest of Mele Kyari, the former Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), for repeatedly failing to appear before an investigation into alleged financial discrepancies.
