Securitize Launches 12 Tokenized Stocks on Solana

Published 8 October 2026

Securitize announced on October 8 that it had launched Securitize Stocks, an offering of 12 tokenized U.S. equities on Solana for eligible investors. The company says each token is backed one-for-one by an underlying share and carries applicable shareholder benefits, including dividends and voting rights. The offering includes Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla, Alphabet, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, Strategy and Palantir. Securitize said the tokens represent security entitlements held through its registered brokerage structure. Access is subject to eligibility requirements, including identity verification and jurisdictional checks, according to the company’s product information. Trading is initially available during extended U.S. market hours, rather than around the clock. Transactions settle in USDC on Solana, and Jump Trading provides market-making services. Securitize said it plans to expand trading to 24 hours, but did not specify a timetable. The company also plans to pursue distribution through a proposed digital securities venue associated with the New York Stock Exchange and a planned OKX-linked venue.
