Ryan Reynolds Open to Lanterns Cameo

Actor Ryan Reynolds has expressed openness to appearing in the new HBO series "Lanterns," stating he "would totally do a cameo" and "loves" the show. The comments, made on the red carpet for his movie "Mayday," mark a notable shift from his long-standing public commentary on the 2011 DC Comics film "Green Lantern," in which he starred as Hal Jordan. Reynolds, known for his self-deprecating humor and frequent jokes about the film in his "Deadpool" movies, offered a surprisingly positive reflection on his experience making "Green Lantern." He told Entertainment Tonight that he learned a great deal from the production, including "what not to do" and "core lessons" applicable to large-scale filmmaking. "I owe my entire career to that movie," Reynolds stated. "I owe everything to that. Everything about it was a gift that keeps on giving, and I really enjoyed the experience of making it."
