Russian strikes kill at least 7 across Ukraine

Russian strikes killed at least seven people and wounded more than 80 across Ukraine, Ukrainian officials said Monday, as attacks damaged residential buildings, offices and other sites, including the National Academy of Sciences building in central Kyiv.
