Rogers Communications announced on Monday that it has agreed to purchase the remaining 25 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment from Kilmer Sports Inc. for $4.35 billion, giving the telecommunications giant full ownership of one of North America's most valuable sports and entertainment conglomerates.
