Robinhood Markets has cleared the final regulatory hurdle for its acquisition of Canadian crypto firm WonderFi Technologies, moving the long-pending deal toward an expected closing early next month. The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization granted approval on May 20 to Coinsquare Capital Markets Ltd.
