Razaullah's record sixes force fourth day in third Test

Debutant Razaullah Khan produced a record-equalling innings of 81 off 63 balls, including nine sixes, to force a fourth day in the third Test against England at Edgbaston. Pakistan were all out for 449 in their second innings, setting England a target of 130 runs to complete a 3-0 series whitewash. Razaullah, a 21-year-old fast bowler, came to the crease with Pakistan at 318 for eight, still two runs behind England's first-innings total. He launched an audacious assault, sharing a ninth-wicket partnership of 121 with Mohammad Abbas, who scored a career-best 42. The pair took the score from 318 for eight to 439 for nine, with England seemingly powerless to stop the late onslaught. Razaullah's nine sixes equalled the record for most sixes in a Test innings in England. He reached his half-century from just 43 balls, the fastest fifty by a Pakistani on Test debut. He was eventually stumped by stand-in wicketkeeper Jordan Cox off the bowling of spinner Dan Lawrence for 81. Earlier, Shan Masood scored 95 and captain Babar Azam made 76 as a much-changed Pakistan side passed 200 for the first time in the series.
