Los Angeles Rams star defensive end Myles Garrett has undergone arthroscopic knee surgery and will be placed on injured reserve, the team confirmed Sunday. The move, reported by multiple sources, will sideline the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year for a minimum of four games. The surgery was performed to address a lingering knee issue that plagued Garrett throughout training camp and contributed to a disappointing performance in the Rams' season-opening 27-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday.
