Prosecutor: Videos of KJ Biermann with underage relative found on phone

Prosecutors in Georgia have revealed that investigators found videos on the phone of 15-year-old KJ Biermann allegedly showing him having sex with an underage family member. The revelation came during a bond hearing on Friday, September 11, in Fulton County Superior Court, where the teenager is already facing seven felony charges in a separate sexual assault case. Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy told the court that the videos, discovered on Biermann's cellphone, allegedly depicted penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12. McGillicuddy stated there were multiple encounters on video and that Biermann used predatory, derogatory language toward the victim. This marks the second time the teenager has been charged with a serious sexual offense involving a female victim, according to prosecutors. The new allegations are separate from the existing charges. Biermann, the son of reality television star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, was arrested on August 17 and indicted by a grand jury on September 3.
