Pollock says no new Northampton deal signed, open to all options

England backrow forward Henry Pollock has stated he has not yet signed a new contract with Northampton Saints and remains open to all options, including playing abroad or exploring other sports. The 21-year-old's current deal with the Gallagher Premiership champions expires at the end of the 2026-27 season. Pollock, who toured with the British and Irish Lions last year, confirmed negotiations with Northampton are ongoing but complex. "I'm very much at the minute working through different scenarios and different avenues I can take," Pollock said. "I'm open to every opportunity. I'm not going to say no to stuff that I think will be good for my career." The player's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom, has publicly valued Pollock as a "seven-figure player" based on his on-field and commercial impact. Northampton have reportedly offered a new deal worth in excess of £400,000 per year, a significant increase on his current contract, which is thought to be worth about £150,000 annually.
