A new national poll shows former President Barack Obama is viewed favorably by a significant majority of Americans, far surpassing the popularity of his two immediate successors. The survey, conducted by SSRS for CNN from May 7 to 31, found 57 percent of U.S. adults hold a positive view of Obama.
